Description
Red Anster is a dry-crumbly cheese with a bold garlic and chives flavour. Anster cheese is allowed to mature naturally, and develops a thin, grey rind – which in turn adds further flavour enhancement to the crumbly cheese it encases and protects. St Andrews Farmhouse use their unpasteurised milk, straight from their own cow herd. This means the whole process is controlled, and guarantees the safety and quality of the milk. Not suitable for vegetarians
