Scottish ewes milk cheese handcrafted by Galloway Farmhouse Cheese using unpasteurised milk with a nutty flavour. Suitable for vegetarians. A speciality is cheese made from sheep’s milk which is particularly high in protein and simply delicious. Sheep’s milk is the perfect alternative for those with certain dairy intolerance’s who struggle to digest cow’s milk cheeses.
