Due to the pressures of production Callum is making Crowdie occasionally therefore the pots you will be receiving will have been frozen.

Crowdie is a fresh curd pasteurised cheese deliciously soft and creamy with a clean fresh flavour and with no cream added. Crowdie is soft and easily spread and is excellent for making cheesecakes or a canape with smoked salmon.
