A traditional Farmhouse cheese handcrafted by the Isle of Mull Cheese Company which has been making cheese at Sgriob-Ruadh for 40 years now. This is a hard cows milk cheese, cheddar like, with punchy flavours. Unpasteurised and not suitable for vegetarians
